            The short version: Use ClipDeck responsibly. We provide a snippet management tool, you keep ownership of your content, and we both agree to be reasonable.
        

1. What You're Agreeing To

By using ClipDeck ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. It's that simple.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use ClipDeck
Keep your password safe - you're responsible for your account
One account per person (no sharing accounts)
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipDeck

3. Your Content

You own your snippets. We don't claim any ownership of the code, text, or templates you save in ClipDeck. Your content is yours.

However, by using our service, you give us permission to:

Store and sync your content across your devices
Back up your data to keep it safe
Display your content back to you in the app

Don't store anything illegal or that violates others' rights.

4. What You Can't Do

Break the law using our service
Try to hack or reverse-engineer the app
Abuse the service (excessive API calls, spam, etc.)
Share your account with others
Resell or redistribute the app

5. Free Trial & Payments

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users
After the trial, you need a paid subscription to continue using ClipDeck
Subscriptions renew automatically - you can cancel anytime
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - just reach out to us
Prices may change, but we'll give you notice first

6. We Can Terminate Accounts

We can suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these terms
Don't pay for your subscription
Abuse the service

We'll try to give you notice when possible, and you can always export your data.

7. The App Is Provided "As Is"

We work hard to keep ClipDeck running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:

100% uptime (things break sometimes)
That it will work perfectly on every device
That we won't have bugs (we fix them as fast as we can)

8. Limitation of Liability

We're a small team building a useful tool. We're not liable for:

Lost data (though we do our best with backups)
Lost profits or business opportunities
Any indirect damages from using ClipDeck

Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
